GB recieves a 5th round comp pick for Cole
GB trades Kampman to STL for a second round pick #33

First Round #18 ** TRADE ** GB sends Picks #18 and #50 to NE for #28 #42(via Ten) and #46 (via Jack)
With so many JRs in the draft TT sees value in the trade and can still land some major help for the OL in those two rounds

#28
Green Bay selects - LT Gabe Carimi Wisconsin
Carimi has the most upside of all the second Tier LTs which allows for TT to move down and add a extra second round pick..

Second Round

#33 (Via STL)
Green Bay selects - OG Mike Iupati Idaho
Raw LG who is rising up alot of draft boards with his solid aggressive play.. TT knows he needs help along the OL otherwise he will see his Anti-Favre QB on IR sooner rather then never...

#42 ((Via NE) (Via Tenn))
Green Bay selects - DE Cameron Heyward Ohio State
Huge DL who can play the run as well as the pass and fits in nicely with Raji and Jenkins in the 3-4 with his size 6-6 290 and speed..

#46
Green Bay selects - OLB O'Brien Schofield Wisconsin
Flying up the draft charts after a fantastic SR year. Hes a perfect fit for the 3-4 as a OLB esp after he runs a sub 4.55 at 250 pounds...

Third round

Green Bay selects -CB Brian Jackson Oklahoma
Whats not to like about a CB whos over 6ft and 200 pounds loves to play man to man?? Question is can he be patient and learn from C Woodson and A Harris so that he can be that second starting CB opposite Williams after those two are gone?

Fourth Round

Green Bay selects - DB Josh Pinkard USC
More of a S then CB but can fill in and do a solid job when needed.. Over shadowed by teammate Mays but a very solid DB in his own right..

Fifth Round

Green Bay selects - QB Tim Hiller Western Michigan
With only Rogers and Flynn on the active roster MM knows he needs to develop a third QB who can step in and play in case both of his other qbs go down.. Hiller will need some time to develop but he could be a Bulger type QB down the road..

Comp Pick
Green Bay selects - WR Marcus Easley Connecticut
Hard working WR who went from a former walkon to a solid starter.. 6-2 215 with 4.5 speed makes u wonder why it took him so long to develop and will he take that long in the NFL??

Sixth Round

Green Bay selects - RB James Starks Buffalo
Missed his whole SR with a shoulder injury which he did have surgery on. If hes graded on his JR year then hes gonna be a top 4 round pick but with him sitting all of his SR teams are gonna shy away as shoulder injuries to a RB are not a good thing and they seem to linger the rbs whole career.. 6-2 210 and 4.5 40..

Seventh Round

Green Bay selects - TE Jimmy Graham Miami
Very raw TE who decided to play a year of football after he exhausted his basketball eligibility at Miami and so far has done a very solid job..

I just don't think Carimi is worthy of a first round pick. I think RT, Selvish Capers would be a better choice. He could easily make the transitions to LT, with his athleticism and quick feet and is a much better prospect than Carimi. Otherwise I would like to see a DT, such as Arthur Jones(Syracuse) or Marvin Austin (NC) if he comes out to pair with Raji.
I would like to see a RB taken within the first three rounds as well, and I really like Anthony Dixon (Miss St).

I do like your selection of Iupati in round2. Your correct, he is rising and would be a fine pick at that point. Really like that guy. I like the Schofield pick as well. A playmaker like that to put opposite Matthews is important. I think it's important to find our center of the future as well, as I don't have alot of faith in Spitz or Wells. Filling some holes in the secondary should be done as well( as you addressed with Jackson). I'm familar with Graham but with Finley emerging, maybel we could find a decent punter in round 7 instead.

Have you watched a Wisconsin game? Carimi is horrible. He gets beat way to often and holds at least twice a game. I was at the Fresno St. game and watched him get seriously whipped all game long.

Unfortunately, I think the Kampy deal is toast now. Also agree that Carimi is not worthy at that spot. His heason has been spotty enough that he'll need to come back and see if he can improve his stock. I like the tradedown and would bet on Ciron Black making it to #28. If not, go CB, RB or DE/OLB there.

Love the Iupati pick. Also really like the Schofield selection though I think it may be a round too early.
