According to PFW's draft report last spring Rilly has good football intelligence, is a sound decision maker and can get rid of the ball quickly. On the down side he lacks ideal arm strength, has a low release and has a lot of passes blocked. Played a lot in the shotgun, has little upside. Can develop into a good # 3 QB in a West Coast offense with continued development.
