I don't know if this is the proper place to post this but...
Someone is the 2 zillion posts suggested Russ Grimm as a head coach. He was a finalist for the Pittsburgh job when Cower left. He is the ultimate blue collar person which should fit in well in Green Bay. He has a few Super Bowl rings which gives him cred And he was a teammate of Mark Murphy. I wonder if he'd call Murphy and ask to use him as a reference.

he's obviously quite good at what he does, and i would be happy with that (if we decide to make a change).
in keeping with the Steelers theme, how about Bruce Arians (their OC)? he does have head coaching experience (Temple for 5 years in the 80s) and knows how to run an effective and versatile offense. i'm guessing he'll be a head coach for someone next season.

I wonder if Sean McDermott will get a look at a head coaching gig. He seems to be coming into his own a bit in Philly. Could be the next Sean Payton kind of coach.
