We lacked so much then.
Sadly, we lack so much now, and that's an unacceptable status as we do not have to lack in the area of player procurement.
We now have the means to acquire the players that we need to wholly round out a talented roster, yet we refuse to do so. We refuse to sign available offensive linemen via free agency with our available salary cap room, as our most glaring need is upgrade to our offensive line.
Another need that could be addressed with our obscene abundance of available cap money is a backup QB.
So we proceed with a O-line that has more than obvious inadequacies and no depth.
Penalties
Fundamental errors, repeated over and again - not what a winning professional team is about.
Is it a talent issue or is it a coaching issue?
