Penalties killed the Pack in the dome, especially the false start and illegal formation calls that killed crucial drives
This time playing in the friendly confines of Lambeau Field there will not be the crowd noise for the Packers offense to contend with - which should help the offense get in synch, and hopefully the Pack will not face a crew that makes tight calls on the Packers secondary - as pressing the Vikings receivers will allow more of a pass rush to rattle Favre.
For the season the Packers have 51 penalties for 429 yards while the Vikings only have 38 penalties for 280 yards - despite playing one more full game on the season.
Time to do more than just give lip service to this major problem. Penalties of aggression are one thing, but allignment and mental errors have got to go if the Packers want to win the NFC North.
Turning this critical stat around tomorrow will go a long ways towards making the happen,
