Between Sutton and Jackson?
And who made the call?
Opinions. Facts. Whatever ya got. Bring it.
And for mine I think Green brings vet talent and vet MINDSET to the squad. (as does Taush, who it seems they always planned to bring back). Does TT keep too many injured players on the roster? Is it TT that is doing that? (Jackson, Blackmon, Hall, Do I even have to say Harr... never mind.)
TT is not stupid. Patience padawan. (ok I am hoping too.) I think the slow development of the Oline is holding things up on the aggressiveness front. Why buy fancy players if your Oline (Colledge) sucks? Until someone steps it up there, what is the point? It's not like we haven't put priority there (Colledge). It's just too bad (Colldege) that we had to rely on later and additonal picks (Colledge) because our 2nd round award winning Tackle (Colledge) couldn't even play OG after 4 years of trying.
And I spelled his name wrong a bunch too maybe, but at least I'm not looking apologetically at a crushed running back.
And seriously if anyone can tell me WHO made that decision. I'm all ears. Depth in-season is more critical than development, but in the end either is a hope, a dream, and a viable strategy
Secondary objective: Lang as an OT? I think he's a RT at absolute best, but I haven't even re-reviewed his draft profile yet. Just relying on memory, which tells me he is an interior lineman based mainly on measureables.
I hate measureables. I think Lang is very quick (in addition to strong and pissed off) and can do what he wants.
(ok random drunken post forgive me) (I love you man!)
