The Mayor of Green Bay has announced that Minnesota Street in Green Bay will officially be renamed Aaron Rodgers Street until Monday and then switched back. Rodgers is expected to sign the street sign and it will be auctioned off for charity.
Kinda cheesey but if its for charity, Im ok with it.

I sort of wish the mayor would keep his nose out of all this, but this idea is kind of cute. Maybe someday he'll get his own street for keeps.

I think that the renaming of Minnesota St. is a good idea for a charity and P.R. event. I'm glad that Aaron Rodgers is such a good sport with everything. This game can't come soon enough. If the Packers win this game, do you think that we can petition to change the state name of Minnesota to Rodgers too?
