Full Version: Aaron Rodgers' limp
PackerChatters > PackerChatters > Green Bay Packers News Talk > Mark Murphy, Ted Thompson, Mike McCarthy, and Aaron Rodgers

I just watched the Team Photo video on the packers.com site.
When the players get up from their photo shoot, at the 3:05 mark you can clearly see Rodgers getting up from the front row with a very pronounced limp.

Anyone know anything about that or what it could be??

Maybe his knee finally gave out from trying to carry the five 300-pound guys that line up in front of him every Sunday.

He actually got up limping after a sack on Sun but continued to play and nothing was mentioned.

Perhaps his foot fell asleep? We can only hope that is the case.

He's an NFL QB....no...make that an NFL player. I can't think of any that go through a season without a limp here and there.

They took the photo on Monday, I believe -- from what I understand, most NFL players say they can barely move on Monday after a game.

With the NFL being so picky about the injury report, we'd know if he was actually hurt.

If Rodgers has a leg injury, everyone will know about it. That's not the kind of thing athletes can hide very well. They can sugar coat the severity of an injury (see Bigby last year) but if he's not on the injury report, then for the purposes of the game, he's not hurt. But for the purposes of day-to-day life, I don't imagine there are many players who spend there Mondays walking around comfortably.

I noticed that too. If the photo was indeed taken on Monday then he was probably just sore. If he was injured we would have known about it after McCarthy's day after presser. They break down the injuries the day after every game.

The injury report lists him as having a sore foot that did not limit him in practice.
