Full Version: 5-0 team, leave it alone or make some trades?

I am in a 12 man, ppr league that gives 1 point per catch, and bonuses for 100 yrs, 150 yrds, 200 yrds.

My team is 5-0 and I am thinking about makign some trades to try to find my 3rd WR. you start 3 WRs and 2 RBs

I mean, I don't really see the need to do something. It's a solid team. Sure it looks like the only weak spot maybe the #3 WR, but I think you can get by with playing the match ups for #3 with receivers you already have and plus, there's usually someone you can pick up on WW each week for a spot start.

i'd say don't touch it until its proven that massaquoi was a 1 week wonder. Don't give up on him just yet.. Far too often people pick up guys that have a good week.. only to drop them cause the following week isn't as good.

I liked Massaquoi A LOT before Edwards got traded. Now that he's the go-to-guy now, I like him but not as much. I don't think he's your typical #1 WR, so that's why. I don't think he's the type of guy that can overcome the extra attention and better defensive backs on him.

With that said, as long Anderson is the QB, I think Massaquoi can do an okay job making spot starts as a #3.
