Ok, I have that #4 dude in purple, and Warner as my two QB's.
Here are the matchups:
Favre @. St. Louis
Warner VS. Houston
Obviously, two very favorable matchups. On one hand, Favre is riding a hot streak. But that makes me wonder if he's due for, "one of those days" where he comes back to earth. On the other, Warner has been rather pedestrian, but I wonder if he, too, is due for, "one of those days" where he lights it up for 400 yards and 3 scores.

AP will run all day against the Rams. Favre only passes when AP is getting oxygen from all the running. Go Warner better chance for more passing.

I don't see the day turning out quite like GBP does for the Vikings. Although Peterson should bounce back, that doesn't mean you're going to see Favre throw on a limited basis.
The Rams best CB (which isn't saying much), Bartell, is banged up with a thigh injury. And couple that with the fact that the Rams are almost in the top 5 for the most points given up to QB's in fantasy, that's a highly favored match up for Favre.
But, Warner's got a better match up. Houston's secondary will have major trouble trying to control Arizona's receiving corps. Plus Warner's at home, in which Warner always plays better at home.
Warner: 300 PaYd - 2 TD - 0 INT
Favre: 200 PaYd - 2 - 1 INT

I'd go with Warner. That game looks like a shootout. The Vikings will be milking the clock with a big lead by the 3rd quarter.

All of the above. Petersen isn't going to have another 55 yrd day. Warner.
