What to do...? Fantasy wise, the Pack's D has been a little better but this week the face AP who is banged up a bit.
This is anonymous so you can be honest.

I know this is a very typical answer, but it depends on your league's scoring.

If it's purely pts. scored against based on counting turnovers, sacks, fumbles, Special Teams' TD, you can't go wrong with either.

If it's based on yards per game, which mine is, I'm going Minnesota. Not only will I possibly rack up decent pts from those categories mentioned previously, I'm getting the low yardage as well.

I would go Packers. Favre has tended to get over excited for high profile games during the second half of his career and makes mistakes. If the Packers could get up early on the Vikes I could see Favre throwing 2-3 picks, and there is always Woodson back there to return one for a pick 6.
Jeremy
I'd go with the Vikings. They're at home, and you can count on at least a handful of sacks.

While the Vikes may get some sacks, I don't think AR will implode and start throwing picks. BF, on the other hand, WILL force one or 2 into a tight space, and GB will pick him (unless it's Tramon, then it'll take at least 3 bad throws for him to get a pick).

I'm riding GB's attacking D the entire year... the picks will be there, and the sacks will come.

Slightly off-topic prediction - no ill-will intended, just a pre-40th B-day present from his former team: BF doesn't finish the game... leaves after a crushing sack from behind... Matthews or Jenkins.

You need to go with the homer pick. Even if your brain tells you to go with the Vikes, your heart will never forgive you for betting against your team.... especially if the Pack shuts down the Minny offense.

Oooh. Biggest fantasy mistake out there is overvaluing the talent of your favorite NFL team. If you want to win, you have to leave the homerism at the door.

Thats a big reason why I refuse to play fantasy football, if I have to leave my beloved Packers at the door, then I wouldn't want to win: http://www.packerchatters.com/4ums/index.p...=10122&st=0

Okay, here is what I decided- I am going with the Pack. Logic- the whole Packers team will be up for this game, while I am not sure that Brett wanting to beat his old team resonates with the rest of the Queens anymore than any other match up they had with the Pack.

Plus, I agree with Phil here, when BF is pumped up he makes mistakes. I finally saw some clips of the San Fran game and other than the one highlight, I was not impressed. Lastly, I think AP is not 100%. San Fran did a pretty good job on him.

I think its a smart move.. The packers have scored more FF points YTD than the vikings.. We have 3 less sacks, 3 more ints.. and have only given up 10 more points than the vikings.

I would pick the Packers because they are plus eight in turnovers.

The real question is why do you have two defenses?

The real question is why do you have two defenses?

The answer is because my league allows for it. wink.gif After week four I found out I really only had one D all along.
