Full Version: Interesting record Favre could set next week

I believe if the Minnesota Favres win next week that Favre will be the first QB to notch a win against all 32 teams. Has any other player done this? Peyton and Brady have won vs 30 or 31.

It is also possible that if they win the game in GB this year that he will have road wins against all 32 teams, but I'm less certain about that one.

Favre has never won in Dallas.

Favre has never won on the road against the following teams:

Baltimore Ravens
Dallas Cowboys
Indianapolis Colts
New York Jets
Philadelphia Eagles
Pittsburgh Steelers

He didn't not beat the Bills on the road with the Packers, but did with the Jets.

Also, back to the original topic, are you talking only about quarterbacks, or any position players? If I go back into the Packers late 20's and early 30's as well as the 60's dynasty, I'm sure there are players who beat every team available in the league back then. It would take hours of digging, but considering the 1929, 30, and 31 teams won 3 NFL titles in a row all it would take is one player from the Packers to have beaten everyone, then play for another team that beat the Packers. I don't think anyone has actually done the research to find out if this has happened or not.

Since the league went to 32 teams in 2002, Favre would be the highest profile player to do that if somehow he beats the Packers, but in the history of the NFL, I have not seen any proof that he is the first.

The OP is talking about Favre becoming the only quarterback to beat all 32 teams. He's already one of the only 3 quarterbacks to beat 31 teams.

C'mon. We all know the QB is the only player that matters when it comes to wins and losses. unsure.gif

Oh, he's already got that record. I remember when he played for the Packers he beat himself lots of times. laugh.gif
