So, I'm severely lacking at my flex spot. I have AP and LenDale White as my running backs, Calving Johnson and Lance Moore at WR, but beyond that, I don't have a consistent point guy.

I'm offering Brent Favre (my backup QB)

for LeSean McCoy

I think if Warner (my starting QB) struggles, I can always pick up another one on waivers that can get the job done.

Thoughts?

Boy, Seeker, I hope this is at LEAST a 12 team league with those guys as your starters.

Is McCoy the best you can do at flex? I'd try to package Favre and someone for a better RB and someone from their scrap-heap.

Who else do you have at RB and WR?

Not trying to dis you or your team, just seems like you could do better than McCoy for Favre.

So Adrian Peterson is a bad starter?

It is a 12 man league and I had the first pick. Which basically screwed me on every pick other than the very first.

I personally think my WR's are just fine. Megatron ain't a bad choice. I think Lance Moore is going to have a fantastic season as well (like last year). I also have Jeremy Maclin, Ted Ginn, Kenny Britt and Tony Gonzalez at TE.

I also think LenDale White is ok (seriously ALL the top RB's were long gone by the time the 24th pick came up for me)

No, AP and Calvin aren't bad, but there's a significant drop-off to White and Moore. I forgot you said in another post that you had #1, therefore you were at the backend of things.

Might as well, if you can pull it off. Even in a 12 teamer, you should be able to find someone who can put up similar numbers to Favre. If nothing else, you can get Leinart as a handcuff to Warner. He should be able to be at least servicable with those weapons in Arizona. Then you just have to worry about finding a good matchup for the bye week.

McCoy should get you good numbers on the weeks Westbrook is injured, and they want to lighten his workload. Just wouldn't count on him for consistent numbers every week.

Favre for McCoy is a good deal,
but I'd try to package him w/someone else
and try to get an even better player.

Good Luck!!

GO Pack!!
