He's a massive player who has experience at OG and RT and was used unsuccessfully as a LT this offseason. Should the Packers look to possibly add him and let him backup anyone who isn't named Jason Spitz? I'd feel a lot better if they didn't start the OL shuffle in the case of an injury and Evan Dietrich-Smith doesn't inspire much confidence. Should Walker be on the radar?

After watching Buffalo this Preseason I can't say I have confidence in any of their OL. They just plain stink.

He musta been playing pretty damn bad for the Bills to have cut him. That line is awful.

He's started each game for the last three seasons, so his release doesnt appear injury related.
Perhaps their QB's were complaining they couldnt see around him!

They wanted him to move to LT, but he just doesn't have the feet for the position. He did however have a very big salary that they wanted to cut. They got rid of Dockery and Peters for the same reasons. They're going from a run-based ball control offense to a pass-first no huddle offense. He's more of a run blocker and mauler. I think that he'd be just fine at either OG position or RT. I'd feel a lot better about him seeing the field than Giocomini, Lang or Dietrich-Smith. JMO. He's a real mountain of a man. He's probably older than TT likes for free agents though.
