Some other interesting info:

The 49ers had 33 of their own draft choices on their roster, tied with the Panthers and Colts for second-most in the league behind the Packers (37). The Seahawks (29), Cardinals (27) and Rams (24) had fewer. Every one of the Seahawks' 29 came from BCS-eligible programs. The Jets and Patriots were the only other teams with zero of their own draft choices on the roster from sub-BCS programs. The Cardinals had five, trailing only the Titans (7) and Jaguars (6).

I know this has been discussed to death, but its updated for this year, so I figured we could get this discussion up again. I'm surprised that the Colts are actually so young. I always have thought of them as a team full of old, aging vets.

I look at this and laugh a bit because the age difference is actually negligible in my opinion. I also shake my head when I see that Detroit is one of the older teams....seems to me that if I were GM, I'd be getting rid of some of those older players after the year they had last year.

Didn't TT or MM say something about how shocked they would be if we're the youngest team again?

I don't take issue with us being the youngest, but it's annoying how they constantly deny it being intentional. It's obvious they're making youth a goal. So don't act like it's pure happenstance and they're totally shocked by the development.
