I don't know, they were pretty rough on you. I thought your team looked decent, particularly for a 12 team league.
RamRod
You have a good solid team, after Ochocinco any one of those three could have solid seasons. I think I would start the season out with playing Gonzalez with Peyton Manning being the X factor.

They were just rough on me because it was me wink.gif

Overall I think your team looks great. Good QB, good depth at RB and some WR's that could have breakout years.

I'd be pretty happy with that draft.

Lol, I wasn't meaning to blast you. Just trying to speak straight.

I know smile.gif I appreciate the honesty.

I really like this team! Solid running backs.. wow. This team could go far! If Chad Johnson pulls his head from his butt he should have a nice rebound season! And Gonzo was one of my sleeper WR picks this year. I'm liking this draft!

Pretty darn solid, especially if you just start 2 WR's.

Maybe I'm biased, but I think Ryan Grant is going to prove to be a value pick in a lot of fantasy leagues this year.

I agree. He's going in the third round after like 15 other RBs. That's a steal, IMO. I think he'll have a similar season to Forte, and Forte's going top 5 overall.

Yeah, I hope I'm not overly biased as well. I took Finley a little too early (I was worried because our draft is 50/50 Vikings/Packers fans, so I knew some guys would know about him). Luckily the Packers D was gone early otherwise I'd be too heavily Packers. I am already overly-emotionally tied to the Packers performance, I don't need my entire fantasy teams hopes tied to them as well.

More on the Finley pick: the 50% Vikings fans all gave me crap about the pick, so I'm really hoping he dominates.

Don't feel too bad about your homerism. In my work league, I've got Grant, Jennings, Finley, Packers D and Crosby. I would have gotten Rodgers too, but someone grabbed him at like 16th overall. And it gets even worse, since my #2 WR is Colston...with the same bye week as the Pack. I've pretty much decided to forfeit my Week 5 game.

In the interest of fairness since I threw out my two cents about other people's teams, here's the rest of that team (10-man league, ESPN, standard settings):

QB: Tony Romo
RB: Adrian Peterson, Ryan Grant, Willie Parker, Jamal Lewis, Knowshon Moreno, Chris Wells, Donald Brown, James Davis
WR: Greg Jennings, Marques Colston, Lavernanues Coles, Chris Chambers
TE: Jermichael Finley
D/ST: Packers
K: Crosby

We play 2 RB, 2 WR and 1 RB/WR - 1 of everything else. Wanted to grab Cotchery as my #3 WR, but the guy just in front of me grabbed him (the same guy that grabbed Rodgers, too), so I settled for Coles. I took Crabtree on a flier, but seeing no end of his idiocy in sight, I dropped him and grabbed Davis off waivers. I may end up switching out my TE, D/ST and K depending on how the first few weeks go, so my Week 5 woes may be solved by then, lol. I'm not big on backups at D/ST, TE, K or QB. Odds are, the backup you grab isn't gonna be much better than whatever's left on the waiver wire, so I'd rather save those roster spots for potential sleepers at RB.
