What would you do? I am in a standard 12 team league, and I drew the #2 pick. I am assuming here that AP will be gone with the first pick, if he drops I will probably grab him. I'm leaning towrds MJD but Turner gets a lot of goal line carries which means opportunity for a lot of TD's. He did get ridden pretty hard last year, though. Any suggestions?

DeAngelo Williams

If AP is gone I'd personally lean towards Forte. I think he'll be even more effective this year than last as teams can't load up on the running game with Cutler. He didn't have a lot of 100+ yard games last year but I think he'll have more this year. He'll also add more opportunities to score through the air than Turner or Williams. I also trust his team and offensive line more than MJD's. In the end it's hard to go wrong with any of them.

Interesting idea, but at #2 overall? You don't think he will lose touches to Steward? I've seen him fall to the 2nd round in some mock drafts.
Jeremy
I would go with Turner.

Yep, at #2, I'd say it's a toss-up between MJD and Williams. Stewart is a bit banged up, but even when he was healthy, Williams still put up big numbers. Any mock that has Williams in the 2nd round, I'd stop looking at immediately, as it has no credibility whatsoever.

I'm not saying Williams isn't worth it, he helped me win my league last year. He was a stud. I don't know, I wish I could just trade my pick down to like #5 and just take who is left. So you do think that Williams is ahead of Turner and Forte?

I'd go Turner
GBP4EVER
Jones Drew without a doubt.

I ended up going MJD. Here are my results, what do you think? 12 team PPR league. I think my team is so-so, I think I could have done a little better. Start 1 QB, 2 rb, 3 wr, 1 TE, 1 DST, 1 K

QB-Rodgers, Bulger
RB-MJD, Ray Rice, Donald Brown, Chester Taylor
WR-Ochocinco, Driver, Breaston, Michael Jenkins, Isaac Bruce,
TE - Jason Whitten, Chris Cooley
DST-Ravens
K - Rackers

Cooley fell to like the 10th round so I had to grab him even though I already had a good TE.

Ouch, pretty thin at WR and RB. I'm thinking you might have reached a bit to get Witten and Cooley, and it came at the expense of your other skill positions.

On the upside, at least you have lots of potential in Rice and Brown - if they don't pan out though, you'll be in for a hurtin'.

I think I am going to see who is weak at TE and try and get another WR.

Well, in a 12 team league there are always going to be positions of weakness. The good news is that you got the next great fantasy stud at QB. And I think Witten's going to be huge this year.

Can you believe I went 10-3 and first seed into playoffs with this team? I had some lucky pick ups including sims walker and Bengals defense off waivers along the way. I also picked up Miles Austin then traded him for Joseph Addai when his stock was high. Picked up Shianco as well. Dropped Bulger, Taylor, Bruce, cooley along the way.

Hopefully my team keeps it up because I can win some decent money in this league, but I made my money back at very least just by making playoffs.
