I need help solving an internal debate on a potential trade in a long-running keeper league I'm in. Draft is Sunday night.

12 team PPR keeper league. Unique setup as we start 2 QB's, 2 WR's, 2 RB's and have two flex spots: one for a WR/RB and one for a WR/TE. QB's are VERY valuable in this league. 1 pt/reception; 1 pt/15 yds receiving; 1 pt/ 15 yds rushing. We can keep 1 QB, 1 RB, 1 WR and 1 non-QB. I will be picking 11th in our draft this year.

My potential keepers are:

Romo
Fitzgerald
Chris Johnson
Frank Gore
DeAngelo Williams

QUESTION 1:
I'm debating daily between Gore and Williams as my final keeper and definitely keeping Johnson...I'm leaning towards Gore but I live in the Carolinas and get to see Williams play every week

QUESTION 2:
I could trade Williams before the draft for Reggie Bush and pick #9. That would give me pick 9, 11, 14, 35...In a standard league no way I do the trade. In a PPR league Bush becomes much more valuable and when healthy has scored on par with Gore or Williams. His injury history obviously has me scared. Some of the potentially available players at #9 are Kevin Smith (but not likely), Pierre Thomas, Thomas Jones, Ryan Grant, Ochocinco, Houshyomama, Eddie Royal, Roy Williams, Jason Witten, Tony Gonzalez, or a host of mediocre QB's (remember we start 2) Orton, Pennington, Favre, Edwards. At least 6 QB's and 4 RB's will go in the 1st round and 10 QB's by end of round 2.

Any thoughts to help me ease my mind or set me straight would be appreciated

In a PPR league, I would probably keep gore and johnson. And the idea of your trade seems not bad. Bush and 9 for williams doesn't seem bad.

That being said. Maybe try to pawn williams for a top tier QB since they are valuable.

You got a good RB for trade totally.. or maybe. Just Keep em all and Start Gore, Johnson and Williams every week.

I'd go with Gore, Williams had a great year last year, but wont sneak up on anybody like he did last year. He's going to lose some carries to Stewart too. Gore is the show in SF. He'll get pounded in SF, but he's a pretty tough runner.

I really like Pierre Thomas, I think he's going to have a great year. For me Bush is a sexy pick, but IMO is too up and down, and teams will focus on him. Thomas is the guy that will kill defenses while they focus on Brees, Bush, and Colston, and he'll get the goal line carries.
