PPR League

QB Aaron rodger, carson palmer
RB mjd, reggie bush, shonn greene, knowshon moreno, fred jackson, cedric benson
wr reggie wayne, wes welker, dwayne bowe, calvin johnson
te owen daniels
d/st bucs
k neil rackers

kevin boss is a free agent but idk if i should pick him up also finley's looking good too so idk

Also, i traded frank gore, jennings and braylon edwards for wayne, bowe, and knowshon. I traded gore because he is injury prone and I think he is going to get injured since he is going to be the main guy of the offense. Let me know if it was a bad trade or good.

Should I maybe trade for ray rice? If so, Who would you trade for him.

I know im asking a lot of questions its just that its my first fantasy draft so idk what to do.

Any kind of help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Boss is a starter Finley is not so pick up Boss. Also bad trade Gore is going to be the main guy in SF and Jennings will have a big year too. Wayne will be ok but KC still is not good and Bowe is a ok WR but not a great one. Moreno has been hurt already in TC. I would have kept Gore as your only real good back is now Drew. if I where you I would try to trade for one.

yeah.. your team before the trade looked a lot better than this current one.

MJD and Gore at Rb would have been awesome. Calvin/Jennings would have been amazing too! Wow.. the more I look at it I think you got taken to the cleaners on the trade.

Otherwise your team now is so/so. MJD in a ppr might be a #1 overall pick. Bush is effective as well in a ppr.. so your not killing yourself. but other than those two guys your pretty thin at RB. Welker is an awesome ppr player.

Hate the trade, too.

How many teams in the league?

Its a 10 team league. I feel real stupid now for making that trade.

I picked up ray rice and dropped cedric benson what do you guys think about that?

Okay, well what's done is done. By what everybody has already told you, you shouldn't have traded Gore and Jennings. Jennings should be just as good as Wayne this year.

Have you seen SF's QB's? Yikes. Gore's been banged up, true. But he's healthy and Gore could very likely get about 325-350 carries this year. SF is going to run the ball, run the ball some more and when that doesn't work, they'll run the ball again.

Gore is in line to have a monster year this year. Injury is a concern but not big enough to bail on him for all the touches he's going to get.

But oh well.

To your latest move...if I was you I'd immediately put a claim in for Rice.

I've been following the Rice situation very closely this year because not only has he won the starting job, he's impressed the coach's enough to probably end up giving him the full load and making McGahee a backup who wouldn't even split the carries.

Now, Rice is playing behind a BAL line that has a couple of rookies on it. But, in about another week, we're going to know if Rice has done well enough to completely take over the carries for BAL except when he needs a rest. And by all accounts, I think that will happen. So if this does occur, 1,100 yards and 6-7 TD's isn't out of his reach. Benson may crack a 1,000 yards and may get 5 TD's, but it will be an inconsistent one for him.

Get Rice back, but I'd also keep Benson for depth. Drop Shonn Greene for Rice. Greene is currently sitting at #3 on the Jets' depth chart and that's behind 2 pretty good backs. Plus he's out for the rest of the preseason. Greene will remain in your FA pool for a while. And possibly the whole year.

Thanks for the help and advice Vots I will go ahead and do that. I'll just keep an eye out for the deangelo williams of this year if there is one.

Thanks everyone for the help.
