Who thinks that the Brett Favre forum should be shut down now? Does the jerk really need an entire forum on a PACKER message board dedicated to him? We are better than this.
From this day forward, he is just another QB for an NFC North team that we want to beat. Just like how the REAL Michael Jackson died many years ago, the man that QB'ed our Packers for a decade and a half, helped us win a Super Bowl and won 3 MVPs is now dead to me.

I admit, I have to agree. He's just another NFC North QB.

Right.
I noticed that 27 page thread on Jay Cutler, too.

OUCH! That's gonna leave a mark!
On the other hand, perhaps the mods would be willing to put up a poll on this question. I'd be interested in seeing what the rest of Packer Nation felt about this issue.
Just an idea.

I suspect the reason for the Favre forum was to serve as a kind of corner for the rowdies. You know, like an Irish bar turning a patio area into a covered area with a heat source but still outdoors for the smokers.
The irony is, of course, that the rowdy corner was created and then the cops keep entering and telling everyone not to be rowdy. Reminds me of "As Good As It Gets", when Jack Nicholson says to his shrink after being told he can't just barge in without an appointment, "You know, doc, you diagnose me as an obsessive compulsive, and then you tell me not to be compulsive." (Or something along those lines.)
What difference does it make if Favre doesn't deserve his own forum - it's not like he's going to be here, glowing in his fame (or infamy).
