According to Strength of Schedule the NFC North teams have the three easist slate of games 30-32 plus plus #21.

Eight of their opponents are not far behind holding down positions 22-29 plus Tampa Bay at 5 and Dallas at 10.

Helpful or not helpful to have a low strength of schedule?


I wouldn't put much into Strength of Schedule. When you have to play a team that was 0-16 last year, twice, of course you are going to have the easiest SoS. Plus, teams can turn around so quick, it makes SoS look vastly different, e.x. Dolphins.

I'll take the easiest schedule I can get. You are right VA, teams improve greatly from year to year so I don't think SOS is as important as it used to be.
