I like the relaunch but one thing that went through my mind when I saw the new home page, while it's easier, it does look plain. I don't know, the old one seemed like it had more life to it. I know you just launched it, but I'm hoping you guys have plans to liven up the place if you know what I mean.

I don't know, the front page just seems kind've bare to me.

Good to hear. The layout is much better. I guess it's just like moving into a new home, takes a while to "make it yours".

I already did. Which probably doesn't come as a huge shock.

I like being able to comment on the lead stories.

If I may offer one suggestion however, I would make a separate tab for the forums. Having it under, "Interactive" doesn't really fit IMO. Plus, if I'm a first-time visiter and don't already know that forums even exist, I doubt I'd stick around long enough to try and find them.

Actually you can 'comment' on more Op/Ed articles than the 7 we have up on the Home Page.

There is a link to 'View More PackerChatters.com Op-Ed' after the 7th article and also in the NFL News drop down.

Thanks for the suggestions.

We feel our Forums are Interactive and there also is a 'In The Forums' module in the center column which automatically updates the latest 5 active posts.

Not sure how much more we can do.

Nice work guys. Now when can I start posting from my new iPhone? I can log in, but can't zoom in the forum pages like I can the regular pages. You know us. Always wanting more. smile.gif

I think it's great, actually. Very professional looking. And a vast improvement on the previous. Very neat, tidy. I don't think you want it any busier, personally. All the additional options are good too - an added bonus on the improved look and organization of the home page.

Kudos to you and your designers. It's a very nice job indeed.
