How many memebers are on Packerchatters? even though the one counter on the bottom of the main page says 2.700 something I saw on that was like 8,700 I thought. Is the counter on the bottome of the page not updating? If so how many posters are registered? Just curious.

There are 2786 current members to Packerchatters. I believe that doesn't include dead, inactive, or deleted accounts. Larry can probably give you more details on that.

The counter is working fine and the numbers it shows are 'Registered Members' in other words those that have gone through the former or current registration process and were Approved. All Registration submissions are not approved and I think we explain our process in the New Forum Registrations area.

Not sure where you are getting the 8700 figure.

The 8,700 comes from the poster Jeremy as it says his membership number is 8,700.

The counter number is the number of approved members.

Again we do NOT approve all registration submissions hence the difference in a members number and the counter.
