I bought my tickets for the Packers VS. Viking game in Minnesota already. Lets pack that place with Packer fans and boo this guy all the way back to Mississippi. Lets give him two away games against The Pack!

Yeah, I saw that too. Looks like it's a done deal at this point.

I sure am glad we have Aaron Rodgers.

Gov. Tim Pawlenty told the Associated Press that signing Favre would be “a wonderful little salt to rub in the eyes of some of our Green Bay Packer friends. Can you imagine Brett Favre going into Lambeau Field in Viking purple and maybe even wearing No. 4?”

Would more fans cheer or boo, at the sight of Favre in a Viqueens uni at Lambeau? I'd boo until I could not boo no more!

The answer has to be boo.

I'm not into booing too much. I don't boo for bad performance, for example, because I know that even if they suck, they're trying.

But in this case, it sure seems different.

I found this kinda funny. I think the phrase is "rub salt in their wound". Rubbing salt in someone's eyes, I think,
was a cheap ploy by the bad guys in all star wrestling back in the 70's. Interesting to see the link between Minnesota Governors and fake wrestling continues.

This anti-Farve stuff is such crap. TT traded him away - can not blame Favre for that. Favre said I am guilty of retiring too soon - You wanted an answer and I gave you one at the time based on how I felt - Decides he still wants to play and GB says we moved on - fair enough, let me go. GB says no, you are a commodity and we want something for you - fair enough.

I say TT trades Rodgers to the Vikes for 2 first rounders and a third, signs Favre to a two year contract, and continues to groom Broham and Flynn. And remember, Rodgers sucked his first year and change. Favre has a couple of years left in him, bury the hatchet, and move on.

Never happen.

This is a lot different than performance based booing, which I wouldn't do. This is Favre going to the Vikings. Are you freakin kidding????? I HATE THE VIKINGS...

It's not about Favre wanting to play - it's about him wanting to go to the Vikings. Oh, and then trying to drag the Packers organization through the mud. He's a dirtball.

IMO that is the answer....

....if the question was "What is the worst thing the Packers could possibly do".

Without rehashing the whole scenario, I'll just say that I can't see how Favre playing football, ever again,
for any team, GB included, would ever benefit the Packers. I'll stick with the QB we have who I believe gives the Packers the best chance to win.

Minnesota children should be excited, the circus is coming to town.

I alway boo the vikings - Why would it change because they have a new QB?

Just to add to what sinatra had to say. Brett is also manipulating the system to get his way. He is a baby, childish at best. I supported the man but now that he wont let it go and he is doing anything in his power to get his way i cant do it anymore.

What makes you say A Rodge sucked last year? He had a great first year! look at the numbers dude. The other day my mother-in-law said Rodgers has no talent in comparison to Brett (as in Brett's current talent level). This makes me want to puke! I told her that at this point Aaron is better than Favre. IM NOT SAYING HE IS BETTER THEN BRETT WAS but he is better than him right now. People need to appreciate that we ended up with a good QB and not the next Joey Harrington Rex Grossmann or Tarvaris Jackson. We have a good QB! Please stop trashing the guy because of your deep love for Brett.
