I wouldn't be very happy if the draft fell this way. Here's a few thoughts that popped in my head while reading this mock:

I'm warming up to the idea of Jackson in the first, but I still think he could be had with a trade back. If the pick is still at #9, who's left on your board? There's a few of people I'd like better at #9 if they are available, but I wouldn't be overly upset about this pick by any means.

I can't say the same about round two mad.gif I've hated the idea of Brace in the second for months. I won't re-hash the reasons why. Plenty of others have articulated the concerns about that pick far better than I can. I'd much rather see the best OL available if one isn't taken in the first. Possibly a 3-4 OLB candidate.

Round 3: I like Cadogan, but top of the third seems early for him based on most of what I've been reading on various sites. I know this doesn't mean much, just kind of a surprise.

Round 4: No real issue with King in the fourth, however, 2 DE's in the first 4 rounds, 3 DL out of the first 5 picks? I know DL is a need, and using multiple picks to nail down a position isn't unheard of, but it seems a bit much.

Round 6: I like the idea of grabbing Huber here. I'm sick of the punter merry-go-round and think this would be a low-risk chance to shore that up.
