A. If BJ Raja is there at #9
1 (9) – Raja NT
2 (41) – Barwin OLB/TE or Beatty OT
3 (73) – Meredith OT, Kropog OT, Cadogan OT, or Baker DT
3 (83) – Gilbert DT=>DE or whichever 3.1 is left
B. If #9 goes Rush OLB (seems to be few in this draft)
1 (9) – Orakpo DE=>OLB (or Brown DE=>OLB if Orakpo is gone)
2 (41) – Brace DT or Beatty OT
3 (73) – Meredith OT, Kropob OT, Cadogan OT, or Baker DT
3 (83) – Gilbert DT=>DE or whichever 3.1 is left
C. If #9 goes DE (I see this if Raja and Orakpo are gone and TT isn’t sold on Brown)
1 (9) – Jackson DE
2 (41) – Brace DT or Barwin OLB/TE
3 (73) – Meredith OT, Kropob OT, Cadogan OT, or Baker DT
3 (83) – Whichever 3.1 is left
D. IF #9 goes CB (if either of these CBs are really a can’t pass)
1 (9) – Davis CB or Jenkins CB
2 (41) – Brace NT or Barwin OLB/TE
3 (73) – Meredith OT, Kropob OT, Cadogan OT, or Baker DT
3 (83) – Gilbert DT=>DE or whichever 3.1 is left
Players of interest in later rounds
- Moore DE, Jean-Francois DT=>DE, Burton S (might be gone before rd4), Martin CB, Byrd WR, McKinley WR, Foster WR, Hill TE
In the 3rd, I don't expect all the OTs be there, but one (maybe two) I would suspect to be there. I really like both options if #9 goes option B, Rush OLB. I didn't include any trades, but I could see one happening depending on who falls to #9. If a trade down was to happen I see option C as most likely but option B is possible. Lastly, I really like how our drafting position is looking. But then again you never know what will happen...or who will work out.
PS. Sorry about the mis-spelling in the title, I can't figure out how to edit it.
