this makes no sense to me. at all. i wouldnt even consider him a top 10 CB in the league and he is now one of the highest paid CBs. redskins must have been desperate.

Agreed. They have been doing this for years and its gotten them absolutely nowhere and now they do it with a guy Oakland sent to them because he was being a crybaby.

If Oakland gets rid of someone then there must be something seriously wrong with him.

The other thing I don't understand is that they got rid of Springs to sign him.

Someone tell me what was wrong with a CB trio of Rodgers, Springs, and Smoot?

If you thought Springs was starting to wear down, then shift him to safety and draft a CB.

But to spend that much money on Hall?
