He was an outside LB for the Redskins. I like his energy and his ability to rush the passer. Check out his sacks. I think he'd be an upgrade over Poppinga.

An upgrade over Poppinga? I don't know about that. Check out the trend of games started going back 4 years. A steady decline. Either that's due to injury or better options, I don't know. But it's not promising.
Washington has had a decline in performance. IMO, he is more suited for the ILB role.
