QB:
Tony Romo vs. the Giants, Matt Cassell @Oakland or Joe Flacco vs. Pittsburgh
RB(where I need the most advice):
Michael Turner vs. the Bucs, Deangelo Williams vs. the Broncos, Ryan Grant @Jax and Marion Barber vs. the Giants.
Defense/Special Teams:
Dolphins vs. Niners or Chargers @ Kansas City
Any advice would be appreciated...

I think besides the obvious picks at RB, I disagree with adreneline totally.
I don't think Romo is must start this weekend for sure. Romo was an absolute turnover machine against the Steelers and things don't get any easier against an angry Giants D. Let's remember the Giants lost last weekend because because they couldn't contain Brian Westbrook, not Donovan McNabb, who threw for a paltry 191 yards.
I may go Cassel, who threw very effectively against the Seahawks and get a very favorable matchup against Oakland. The same Oakland defense that gave up 200 yds. and 3 TD's to Phillip Rivers. They are beaten up and playing for absolutely nothing, while the Pats are playing for everything.
As I write this, Cassel's father has passed away and may miss the game. I find this highly unlikely, but if he does miss, you are going Romo.
If he's playing. I might go Cassel this weekend.

With your defenses, I actually like the Dolphins this weekend against he Shaun Hill led 49ers. Hill has been apt to make a mistake almost every game, plus, they could be without Frank Gore. The Chargers on the other hand, travel to KC and face Tyler Thigpen and their highly ranked passing attack. It could easily turn into a shootout, thus the safer play could be Miami.
