Playoff time folks!

I got knocked out of the bye week losing to the last place team this past weekend! Yeah, what's worse though? He did me in with Greg Jennings and Aaron Rodgers. Nothing like a good kick to the junk.

Anyways...

Our playoffs start this week. I am pretty set as I still have a very good squad, but it can't hurt to get better right? So what is the status of Ryan Grant? I heard that thumb was just banged up, now I am hearing its a sprain. Anyone got any concrete news on this?

Regardless, does BJax warrant a look here in playoff time? My feeling is, they would like to get him more carries soon anyways, especially if the season goes TOTALLY south.

Thoughts?

I would think so, reagrdless I think his game on sunday earned him some more carries regardless, I think Grant gets the Goal line load though

Depends on what you'd have to get rid of to pick him up, but I wouldn't be too excited about him. He didn't practice today with a quad issue, so keep that in mind for this week. McCarthy said Grant looked ok in practice today too. It sounded like Grant could have come back during the game this past week, but they didn't really need him at the risk of worsening the injury. Jackson may get some playing time here and there, and even pick up a TD or two, but ask yourself these questions:

1. Would you honestly play him over any of the guys you have now?
2. Is he the best option available if you really want to add a RB?
3. If someone else picked him up, would you really worry if they played him against you?

If you can't answer those questions yes, don't bother. If you want to do any tweaking, look at TE, K and Def match ups over these next few weeks, that's were you can really steal some points.
