I am kinda shocked this week that no one brought this up. He clearly removed his helmet in a fashion that goes against league rules, but no one did anything about it.
It was a hot topic this week that has been widely debated, and I'm curious what you guys think.
That could have gotten us better field position, would it have not?
Made me sick seeing that, then nothing was done about it.

MM was asked that question on his show and he kind of avoided answering it.
I agree with you, there were a couple of times during the game he was without his
helmet on the field. The rules change depending on who you are sometimes.

He had his helmet off twice. The first time was after the 4th and 1 play where he got stuffed and fumbled the ball. The second time was when he put the dagger in the Packers and scored the game winning TD. I have no idea why he was not flagged. The refs were awful that day. During the Monday night game Vernon Davis took his helmet off after he scored a TD and was flagged. The refs are just inconsistent.

Thats the NFL for you.
Rules only apply to certain players.
Take the "Illegal Forward Pass" call against Rodgers in the End Zone. If Favre does that is just a miraculous play, if Rodgers does it, its a penalty.

This was in the local paper yesterday. The VP of officials Mike Pereira was mad that it was missed and that a 15 yard penalty should have been on the kickoff.

Why wouldn't you just throw the flag? Have your lil' ref meeting on the sideline to make sure it was the right call, instead, just completely over look it?
Bah! Garbage!
