Basically it is way too early, to foresee offseason moves, but could be funny to see later, who hit it...
Give 10 offseason moves, you are thinking TT will do, not the ones you would do...O.k., here are my predictions:

1. Cut KGB (I'd agree with that)
2. Cut Al Harris ( I'd prefer to move him to FS)
3. Cut Daryn Colledge (agreed, if we draft a Guard high or sign one high profile Guard in FA)
4. Sign AR to 10 year deal (agreed)
5. resign Kampman (agreed)
6. resign Collins ( I'd trade him)
7. resign Bigby (agreed)
8. sign Asomugha in FA
9. Draft OG in 1 st round
10. Draft TE in 2nd round

Anyone better ideas ?

While I agree it might be interesting to see how this plays out, it's too early in the season, at least for me to complete this list. I do agree with several choices and disagree with some listed here though:

1) KGB - agree, but he has a big contract. We'd have to eat his salary. He's not the dominant pass rusher he once was and he gets beaten consistently on the run because he's too small.
4) Sign AR, but only to a 5-6 year deals.
5) Kampman - agreed
6) Collins - Disagree
7) Bigby - definitely
8) Asomugha - don't really know that much about him, but I've heard mostly very positive reviews.
9) Draft OG and OT's - agreed
10) TE - we just gave Lee a big money deal. TG would have been nice but not necessarily the best use of a 2nd round pick. For a 3rd rounder, I agree with TT who was ready to pull the trigger on the deal but KC balked.

You are forgetting Jennings and Driver - resign both. Driver 3 years, Jennings 5-6 years.

From the above sources there are a number of other players up for new contracts including but not limited to:

Tauscher Offensive Tackle unrestricted
Cole Defensive Tackle unrestricted
Williams Cornerback (He will have to wait one more year and will remain an exclusive rights FA in 2008 before becoming an unrestricted FA for 2009.)
Montgomery Defensive End unrestricted

Also:

Change of Punter?

Thoughts?

1. Cut KGB (I'd agree with that)
Agreed and yes I think it's a good idea
2. Cut Al Harris ( I'd prefer to move him to FS)
He won't cut Al I don't think. and I don't think it is a good idea
3. Cut Daryn Colledge (agreed, if we draft a Guard high or sign one high profile Guard in FA)
DC might head to the bench depending on how Barbre pans out but I don't see him getting cut.
4. Sign AR to 10 year deal (agreed)
I'm thinking Ted will try something shorter maybe about a 5 or 6 year deal.
5. resign Kampman (agreed)
Yes this is a no brainer
6. resign Collins ( I'd trade him)
Yeah he'll attempt to resign Collins but he's been tearing it up so far this season it doesn't make sense to me to trade him after we're just beginning to get a great return on our investment.
7. resign Bigby (agreed)
Yes and Yes
8. sign Asomugha in FA
Nope I don't think Ted will throw that kind've money at him. I think he's a good corner and it wouldn't hurt to sign him but Tramon isn't exactly a liability and we have a couple of other improving corners waiting in the wings.
9. Draft OG in 1 st round
I see Ted going more Tackle in the 1st round.
10. Draft TE in 2nd round
I can see Ted going TE but not so early maybe middle rounds again 4th to 6th round.

Anyone better ideas ?

OK i'll try:

1. Restructure KGB- pay him like a situational player, extend the time for paying off the PRSB and reduce his base, or cut him and eat the PRSB saving the 6.1 mill in base.
2. Resign tauscher for 3 years if Jerry Jones stays out of it this time.
3. Resign Cole if he finishes this year well.
4. Not resign Montgomery, Hunter, and Bush unless at bargain prices
5. Extend Rodgers
6. Resign Kuhn
7. Resign Martin if the price is right
8. Keep Harris, resign Tramon Williams.
9. Leave Jennings for next year as I don't know if he will have the cap space to resign the others and extend both Rodgers and Jennings in the same year with signing bonuses and all.
10. Draft an OT, RB, DE, and CB with the first 4 picks, Draft other OL on day 2.

That's my guess, likely totally wrong!
GBP4EVER
1. Extend Rodgers
2A. Extend Collins
2B. Sign Tauscher
3. Offer Cole a fair contract but remember he is the number 4 DT do not overpay.
4. Cut or trade Harris. He is going downhill and we have his replacement.
5. Tell KGB to take a major paycut or he is gone.
6. Replace Bigby he is overrated IMO.
7. Packers will sign one "name" FA

What do those acronyms mean, PRSB and LTBE?

Everything we need I think will be adressed in the offseason. I don't doubt that we'll get a new OL or DL... The only question is what position will they be at. Maybe another CB will be drafter, but I'm not so sure.... Guess we can't know for sure until the season ends. Still too early for me to decide, but I think our poor OL and DL play this year(though there have been so many DL injuries...) has been the biggest problem needing addressed.
