Here is an article that i found on NFL.com

A good list but a few of the players are a bit to old for my liking. Only a few players on the list i think TT will be looking at, Nnamdi Asomugha, Chris Snee (if College Spitz dont perform this year), Ken Hamlin.

What do you guys think about this...

I think it is WAYYYY to early to be putting together this kind of list. IMO 50% or more of the top names of the list will get extentions or new deals from their teams, and those that don't get that, most will get tagged.

IMO when lists like this get put out, people will start complaining that Ted didn't sign Tommy Harris, Stephen Jackson, or Asuomuga, even if they never actually are available in Free Agency. People usually just remember who was supposedly available and not the circumstances surrounding the people. (ie, people say that the Pats signed Moss and Welker last year, but both were trades).

True, but things are quite around here lately. No harm in speculating what might happen. I cant see some of these players getting by with the tag. But hey, its off season. we need something to talk about....

Oh, I wasn't meaning you here. I am just talking about Shefter. He has comments and such and he really has no idea what teams will do with their players. I agree that it is kind of slow and we need things to talk about. Thanks for pointing out the list.

of all the players listed I was most intrigued by Karlos Dansby. He is a very athletic LB. I dont know what it will cost, but I would look at him if the LB corp isnt up to expectations.

I also have always liked Dunta Robinson. He was injured this year and may not recover fully.
